The New Generation of Silent Power Packs
|
You have met the compact, silent and efficient YSG. Now the range has been extended with the S class fully enclosed models. They have to be seen to be believed because you won't hear much from them. These new models combine all the OHV, AVR, high performance and other advantages of the open frame models with versatility and low noise levels that are immediately apparent cities sleeping. These are the friends you can take for granted.
Perfect Power
An AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) gives low-fluctuation power delivery at a selection of voltages from 110V to 240V. Each model also mkaes available 12V D.C. - really useful for charging car/boat batteries (excluding 3-phase models).
Runs and runs and runs
The YSG's minimal fuel requirements mean a tankfull of gas will give you continuous operation for many hours. In fact, the tank on the YSG1700E will hold a surprising 11 litres of petrol! You get steady power for a full 12 hours at rated load (at 50Hz). A meter-style fuel gauge gives accurate fuel level readout.

Peaceful Power
Engine and generator rest on inclined rubber blocks. This improved mounting system takes away both vertical and horizontal vibrations, leaving you with a smoothly purring engine. Noise prevention measures are taken at several levels; at intake, in the combustion system and through the well muffled exhaust system.
Protection Devices
The chance of damage due to low oil level operation is reduced with a Yanmar genset. An alarm is activated and the engine stops as soon as the oil falls low. Besides, the sockets on the control panel are recessed and the muffler is enclosed with a cover.
Simple Starts
Your Yanmar genset jumps into action with a light pull of a toggle. Its starting secrets include a new carburetor that increases fuel vapor intensity at start-up, an auto-mechanical decompressor and regulated ingnition timing.
